Job Summary

A Reputable Company currently has an opening for a Sales Executive. The individual will be part of a growing team, offering specialized support in collaboration-building and delivering implementation support in a pivotal role towards achieving the sales targets and instantly generating revenue for the organization. The performance of the role will be primarily made by the sales of maize. And the location of the role is not strictly restricted to Accra as the business operations are largely in the Northern part of Ghana

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  •  Making sales of maize and other crops on time
  • Overseeing general corporate sales
  • Coordinating all sales activities
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints
  • Determining price schedules
  • Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners on sales
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
  • Setting sales quotas and goals
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Defining and executing territory sales plans


Requirements:

  •  3-5years of FMCG and B2Bsales experience.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Share a start up company mindset, self-starter and very comfortable with getting things up and running from scratch.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.


 Preferred

  •  Experience in maize sales will be an added advantage
