Role Description
This full-time hybrid role, based in Techiman with flexibility for some remote work, is for a Sales Manager at StarLife Assurance. The Sales Manager will lead and oversee a team to drive sales growth, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure sales targets are met. Responsibilities include client relationship management, performance tracking, training and mentoring sales personnel, and preparing regular sales reports. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities to drive business expansion and assisting with marketing initiatives to support sales efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and performance evaluation
- Strategic planning and execution abilities, including market analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in preparing sales reports and utilizing data to inform decisions
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment combining in-office and remote responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
