Sales Executives
Job summary
We are seeking dynamic and proactive Sales Executives to join our growing team at Avery Scott, a leading real estate company in Accra. Successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales and growing our portfolio (long- and short-term lease, office space lease, construction/renovation, staging/ decor, property management) overseeing property operations, managing client experiences, and driving occupancy through effective marketing and communication strategies.

- Identify and prospect potential property developers/owners to join Avery Scott’s managed portfolio.
- Pitch the company’s property management solutions and close acquisition deals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Represent the company at networking, real estate events, digital marketing campaigns.
- Support and implement marketing strategies to promote property rentals and office spaces.
- Market available rental units to attract prospective customers/tenants, engage leads and close deals.
- Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality workmanship and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare periodic monthly, quarterly and operational reports, upload and update tasks on the company’s ERP.
- Manage guest interactions across booking platforms and other digital booking or communication tools.
- Lead research and development, quality assurance campaigns geared towards strategic leadership within the industry.
- Ensures all properties remain in excellent condition exceeding client expectations.
- Ensure efficiency in record-keeping by transcribing running costs and revenue items unto database and completing reconciliations with the Accounts Team.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management.
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years sales and marketing experience
- Strong communication skills with an excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
- A customer-concentric mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in digital tools and social media platforms for customer engagement.

Salary: GHS 3,000 – GHS 4,000
