We Are Hiring Exceptional Sales Executives!
The demand for high-quality vitamins and supplements in Ghana is growing rapidly. At Upstand Health Ltd, we are building one of Ghana’s most trusted distribution networks for authentic, world-class health and wellness products sourced directly from the United States.
To support our expansion, we are looking for disciplined and ambitious Sales Executives who will help expand our pharmacy distribution footprint, develop strong relationships with pharmacy owners and health retailers, and drive consistent sales growth within assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail pharmacies and health stores
• Promote premium vitamins and nutritional supplements to pharmacy partners
• Identify and onboard new pharmacy and health store clients
• Conduct regular field visits to pharmacy clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Educate pharmacy staff on product benefits and usage
• Monitor market trends
We are looking for professionals who:
• Have sales experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG distribution
• Are highly disciplined and target-driven
• Possess strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Are comfortable with field sales and pharmacy visits
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and reliability
