Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate sales executive to join our sales team. The sales executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Increase Coronation Ecosystem’s involvement with existing clients; develop multi-tiered relationships that span multiple sectors or programs.
- Draw inferences pertaining to customer behavior based on research outcomes
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Negotiate variations in price, delivery and product specifications with customers
- Support complex and major sales presentations and negotiations.
- Support the facilitation of smooth onboarding of the business and ensure prompt delivery to customers within the Service Level Agreement.
- Develop and lead the implementation of Coronation Ecosystem-wide business development strategy.
- Prepare periodic reports and attend periodic review meetings
- Develop processes to integrate online and traditional marketing campaigns
- Achieve PBT and other performance targets
- Design and deploy an effective customer acquisition, retention and relationship management strategy or framework to sustain and expand the organization's clientele
- Research potential leads and obtain additional information on clients.
- Identify possible commercial opportunities via industry readings, internet searches, analysts’ reports, etc
- Supervise, manage and administer the underwriting processes of businesses submitted by agents.
- Act as a liaison to address concerns of agents.
- Collate and collaborate registration of new agents.
- Keep abreast of business, industry and market information that may reveal business opportunities.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Team Lead and Head of Sales and Marketing
Key Requirements:
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Insurance or equivalent from a recognized university
- Professional certification in Insurance, sales, marketing or any other relevant field
- One to two years’ experience in Sales
