Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mankessim. The Sales Executive will engage walk-in and corporate customers, understand their technology needs, and recommend suitable products and services such as computers, smartphones, accessories, and ICT solutions. Responsibilities include presenting product features and benefits, preparing quotations, negotiating prices within company guidelines, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, following up on leads and existing customers, and coordinating with the technical team to ensure timely delivery, installations, and after-sales support. The Sales Executive will also support merchandising, maintain an organized showroom, gather customer feedback, and contribute to promotional activities and product knowledge sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills, with an ability to explain technical products in clear, simple terms.
- Basic knowledge of computers, smartphones, accessories, and ICT solutions, or a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems, basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets), and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Mankessim, including weekends or extended hours when business needs require.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail and services environment.
- Prior experience in technology sales, retail, or B2B sales is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a certificate or degree in Business, Marketing, ICT, or a related field is a plus.
