Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Actively promote and sell company products to walk-in and potential customers
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue opportunities
Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Product Knowledge
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered by UniCar Company
- Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and pricing
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage
Store Operations
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive sales environment
- Support stock arrangement, labeling, and inventory checks
- Ensure products are properly displayed and merchandised
Reporting & Documentation
- Record daily sales transactions accurately
- Maintain proper documentation of sales and customer interactions
- Provide daily or weekly sales reports to management
Compliance & Professional Conduct
- Adhere to company policies and sales procedures
- Maintain punctuality and professional appearance
- Ensure ethical sales practices and honesty in all dealings
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of Senior High School Certificate or equivalent (Diploma is an advantage)
- At least 1 year of sales experience (retail or related field preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
