Our Client in the ELV Industry is currently sourcing for a Sales Executive in Accra Ghana. The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of the company’s ELV systems, which typically include security, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, audio-visual systems, and other low-voltage infrastructure. Their role includes managing customer relationships, generating leads, and understanding the technical aspects of ELV systems to tailor solutions for clients.
Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities for ELV systems (e.g. CCTV, access control, fire alarms, public address systems, etc.) while meeting set monthly and annual revenue targets (Targets are subject to change as time goes by).
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations to prospective clients.
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements, providing tailored ELV solutions based on their needs.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions in alignment with company policies
Customer Support
- Provide after-sales support for customers, helping resolve any issues related to the ELV systems.
- Coordinate with the service team for maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- Relevant advanced degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in sales, target-based roles.
