Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned markets and develop business plans based on goals and assigned territories
- Develop new customers
- Go to the market to meet with dealers or agents and discuss sales.
- Responsible for sales KPIs, management and collection of assigned debts.
- Deploy and organize the implementation of promotional plans and marketing activities targeting customers and consumers
- Monitor the goods, imports, exports, returns (if any) of allocated customer inventory
- Collect customer and competitor information and report to the company
- Check and monitor sales staff in the area
- In conjunction with the accounting department, compare and monitor bonus payments, sales performance, debt collection and discounts with the company and customers.
Work Requirements:
- College degree or above in business administration, marketing, economics, etc.
- Candidates with sales experience are preferred
- Experience selling to professional dealers and agents
- Proficient in using office computers: Word, Excel, etc.
- Good communication skills and ability to plan and set sales goals
- Comply with company regulations and management requirements
- High sense of work responsibility
