Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in Accra, Ghana, requiring on-site presence. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting Enterprise Life's insurance products, and building long-term customer relationships. The role involves meeting sales targets, conducting market research, maintaining accurate client records, and providing excellent post-sale customer support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. The candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies, while also attending training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales, negotiation, and relationship management expertise
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze customer needs
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services sales is a plus
- Degree/HND/Diploma/SSSCE
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering results
