Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Kumasi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s life assurance products to meet sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, understanding customer needs, preparing and delivering sales presentations, coordinating with the team to ensure smooth onboarding, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Qualifications
- Sales, Negotiation, and Persuasion Skills
- Customer Relationship Management and Client Engagement Expertise
- Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to identify market trends and research customer needs
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to meet deadlines
- Relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
