Role Description
As a Sales Executive at StarLife Assurance, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, promoting and selling life assurance products, and building strong relationships with clients to address their financial security needs. The role involves meeting sales targets, conducting presentations, maintaining a client database, and providing exceptional after-sales support. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Goaso, requiring proactive engagement and communication with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proficiency in customer service practices and after-sales support
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a client database
- Adaptability to work on-site and collaborate within a professional team environment
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Must be within Ahafo Region (Goaso and its environs)
