Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Accra, Ghana, with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Executive will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, presenting life assurance products to prospective customers, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service. The role may also involve participating in promotional activities and managing a pipeline of potential clients to ensure consistent growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
- Proficiency in Communication, Networking, and Interpersonal Relationship Building
- Analytical Thinking and Strategic Planning capabilities
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to adapt to a hybrid working environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
