Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Accra. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, managing customer inquiries, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves maintaining client records and staying updated on market trends to identify new opportunities for business development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client management, and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Results-driven approach with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and sales strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Experience in the financial or life insurance industry is a plus
