Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Accra. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating and closing deals, as well as providing personalized customer support. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to design strategies and solutions that cater to client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Client Retention
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Experience in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Business Development
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Experience working in a business-to-business (B2B) environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
