Job summary
Payless4Tech is hiring a Sales & Digital Marketing Representative to convert online inquiries into sales, run basic social media promotions, and support in-shop customers. The role also involves proactively sourcing new business clients through field outreach to offices, schools, and small businesses. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable selling via chat, understands social media promotions, and is confident engaging small businesses, offices, and institutions that need technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Online Sales & Customer Engagement
- Respond promptly to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and TikTok inquiries
- Engage prospects professionally and convert them into paying customers
- Educate customers on products (laptops, phones, accessories, warranties, promotions)
- Follow up with leads who showed interest but did not immediately purchase
- Upsell accessories, warranties, and higher-value products when appropriate
Social Media Promotions & Ads
- Create and manage basic promotions and boosted posts on:
- Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook)
- TikTok
- Assist in:
- Writing promotional captions
- Selecting product images/videos
- Targeting the right audience (students, professionals, small businesses)
- Track which promotions generate the most inquiries and sales
In-Shop & Walk-In Sales Support
- Assist walk-in customers when needed
- Help explain product conditions (Renewed, Open Box, etc.)
- Ensure excellent customer service and trust-building
- Collect customer feedback and testimonials
Field Prospecting & Business Development
- Identify and approach small businesses, offices, schools, startups, and shops around the area
- Promote Payless4Tech’s offerings for:
- Office laptops & bulk purchases
- Accessories and tech solutions
- Distribute flyers, business cards, or promotional materials
- Build long-term relationships with repeat business customers
Sales Reporting & Feedback
- Track daily:
- Number of leads
- Conversions
- Sales value
- Provide feedback on:
- What customers are asking for
- Common objections
- Product demand trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable selling via chat, phone, and in person
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok promotions
- Ability to prospect and approach businesses confidently
- Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, and consumer electronics
- Organized, disciplined, and target-driven
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Prior experience in:
- Electronics sales
- Retail sales
- Online sales or social media marketing
- Experience selling refurbished or used electronics
- Graphic/video content creation skills (basic Canva, phone video editing)
