Sales & Customer Care Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Care Assistant to join our team and support both in-store and online customers. The role involves attending to walk-in customers, assisting with product selection, and responding to customer messages on WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok. This is an entry-level role suitable for early-career candidates who enjoy customer service and social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers in the shop and assist with product selection.
• Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Provide product information, prices, and recommendations.
• Inform customers about promotions, new arrivals, and stock availability.
• Prepare orders for pickup and delivery.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable.
• Ensure all customer messages and calls are handled promptly.
• Assist with product displays and restocking.
• Work closely with the team to support smooth daily operations.
• Support simple content posting when required.

Requirements

• ND or HND in any field.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok.
• Friendly, patient, and able to multitask.
• Basic sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Interest in perfumes is a plus.
• Ability to create simple content (photos, videos, reels) is an added advantage.
• Team player with a positive and reliable attitude.
• Must be able to work on-site in Spintex, Accra.
