Role Description
This full-time, on-site Sales Attendant role is based in Atebubu. The Sales Attendant will handle daily fuel dispensing operations, ensure accurate cash handling, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining safety protocols, managing inventory, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the cleanliness of the workstation. The role also requires assisting customers with queries and promoting company products and services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication
- Basic numeracy skills and experience in handling financial transactions
- Knowledge of fuel dispensing operations and adherence to safety protocols
- Ability to manage stock and maintain inventory records accurately
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic educational qualification or equivalent experience
