Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Assist with sales at local and international exhibitions as May be required.
• Manage sales activations and develop new sales channels.
• Oversee the sales process for the Ghanaian Market.
• Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations to customers.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve company objectives and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling.
• Willingness to learn about products and industry trends.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Driving Experience is an added advantage
