Job Summary
Our firm curates bespoke, high-end interior decor services and provides luxury decorative pieces and exclusive luxury gifts to high network individuals (HNIs). We seek a supervisor that can make a difference to our operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide product information and advice to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor and display areas.
- Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Receive and unpack shipments of new merchandise.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with visual merchandising and product displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Stay informed about new products and promotions.
- Arrange product displays to attract customers and highlight promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Follow opening and closing procedures as instructed by the supervisor.
- Ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client experience for our high-net-worth clientele.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Complete weekly sales reports and other paperwork as required and send to supervisor.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of work experience preferably in luxury retail, with a proven track record of success.
- Outstanding customer service orientation and experience catering to affluent clients
- Deep knowledge of high-end home decor, furniture, art, luxury lifestyle products, and home essentials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for design and creating compelling displays.
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency with inventory management, point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to work flexibly as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- HND or relevant professional certification preferred.
