Job Summary

Our firm curates bespoke, high-end interior decor services and provides luxury decorative pieces and exclusive luxury gifts to high network individuals (HNIs). We seek a supervisor that can make a difference to our operations.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements


  • Provide product information and advice to customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor and display areas.
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
  • Receive and unpack shipments of new merchandise.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and product displays.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay informed about new products and promotions.
  • Arrange product displays to attract customers and highlight promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Follow opening and closing procedures as instructed by the supervisor.
  • Ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and client experience for our high-net-worth clientele.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Complete weekly sales reports and other paperwork as required and send to supervisor.


  • 3+ years of work experience preferably in luxury retail, with a proven track record of success.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation and experience catering to affluent clients
  • Deep knowledge of high-end home decor, furniture, art, luxury lifestyle products, and home essentials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for design and creating compelling displays.
  • Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency with inventory management, point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Able to work flexibly as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
  • HND or relevant professional certification preferred.
