Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Revenue Executives to drive revenue generation efforts for the Hybrid Expo. Reporting to the Sales and Revenue Manager, the Sales and Revenue Executives will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Job Description/Requirements

  1. Job Responsibilities:
  • Leading a dynamic sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets and drive expo success.
  • Cultivating strategic partnerships with exhibitors, sponsors, and stakeholders to maximize participation and engagement.
  • Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to attract attendees and exhibitors from diverse sectors.
  • Leveraging market insights and trends to identify new revenue opportunities and enhance the expo experience.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of the event.
  • Monitoring sales performance metrics and providing actionable insights to optimize revenue generation efforts.


Requirements:

  • A passion for hybrid technologies and sustainability, with a keen interest in driving innovation.
  • Three (3) years of experience in sales management, preferably in the events or technology industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strategic mindset and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making.

Salary Range: 5000 - 8000 Cedis Monthly

Location: Accra, Ghana
