Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Accra, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will focus on driving customer engagement, managing sales processes, and developing market strategies. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, identifying growth opportunities, managing client accounts, and providing training on services. The specialist will work closely with the marketing team to strengthen brand visibility and boost revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to conduct Training sessions to educate users on tools and services
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and act on market opportunities
- Self-motivation, ability to work in a hybrid environment, and good organizational skills
- Experience in the automotive or service industry is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
