Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving sales initiatives. Responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, delivering training on sales processes, creating sales management plans, and effectively collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve business goals. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also analyze sales performance metrics and develop targeted marketing campaigns to optimize growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, with experience achieving sales targets and deploying sales strategies
• Experience in Training, with the capacity for effectively guiding and coaching others
• Ability to analyze trends, generate reports, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in bilingual communication (e.g., English and French) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
