Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Officer based in Bibiani. The role involves conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The Sales and Marketing Officer will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and helping to achieve company growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing to identify trends and develop strategies
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients and teams
• Experience in Social Media Marketing to manage and grow the company’s online presence
• Proven track record in Sales and ability to drive revenue growth effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the agriculture or farming industry is an advantage
• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture or any related field is preferred
• Ability to work and adapt to a dynamic work environment
