Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase the company’s market reach and product visibility.
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients within the hardware tools, locks, plumbing, and building materials sectors.
- Manage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with management to set sales targets, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits to promote brand awareness.
- Provide periodic feedback to management on market performance, challenges, and business improvement opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hardware tools, locks, plumbing, or building materials industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and product positioning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Must be married, responsible, and demonstrate high levels of integrity and professionalism.
