Job Description/Requirements
You Have:
- 10+ years of experience as an Agilist, leading Agile transformations as a Scrum Master Release Train Engineer and Agile Coach
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and advising technology leaders through a sophisticated Agile transformation
- Experience designing and executing enterprise organizational transformation frameworks
- Experience with Atlassian Suite, including JIRA and Confluence, building out leadership dashboards, and pulling data from JIRA
- Knowledge of Application Life Cycle and Agile Management tools
- Ability to lead discussions with executives, team leads, and leaders within the organization on Agile topics
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Agile, ICAgile, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach Certification
Additional Qualifications:Â
- Experience leading Agile transformation efforts and working collaboratively to establish or incrementally improve large solution Agile processes
- Experience supporting the DoD
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience working with senior executive leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of DoD Program Management Office responsibilities
- Possession of excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Secret clearance
- SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) Certification
