Regional Sales Manager At E-transactions (accra Regions, Central, Western, Ashanti And Upper East)

Newly incorporated in Ghana in 2013, e-Transactions Ghana Limited is working to become Ghana’s premier Electronic Voucher Distribution (EVD) platform. Using a state-of-the-art platform, designed and tested by one of the most trusted names in the e-Voucher Distribution business in the world, e-Transactions is focusing initially on electronic airtime distribution, both electronic PIN (e-PIN) and Virtual Top Up (VTU).
e-Transactions will create a network of nationwide agents that will provide services to mobile phone subscribers, to directly sell and recharge airtime of any denomination, from any operator, at any time, using a single device. Other services will be launched once a distribution network is built, to cover Mobile Money and utility payments as well as ticketing, e-banking and other e-financial services.
Job Summary
e-Transactions Ghana Limited is Ghana's premier electronic voucher distribution and virtual top-up platform.
As part of our expansion activities, there is an immediate need to hire Regional Sales and Distribution Managers, who will handle Ashanti , Western and Central Regions as well as Upper East Region, and Accra Region.
Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a distribution channel in the assigned region
• Achieve monthly sales target
• Forward market information and provide recommendations in the fields of sales, marketing and business processes to the sales manager and management.
• Training channel partners on payment transaction terminal, customer service and business processes
• Develop a reseller channel in the assigned district
• Identify, Approach and manage large , medium and small corporate Account that have high volumes of airtime purchases and Bill payment
• Manage the sales pipeline and coordinate resources required to close deals
  

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Street-wise and preference of being close to the customer rather than behind the desk
• Previous experience in sales and distribution of refill cards is an added advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Capable of achieving target and working under pressure
• Must be confident, self motivated and proactive.
• Must be a team player and work with minimum or no supervision
  

Remuneration

• Commissions are paid per agent recruited , in addition to basic salary and other incentives.
