Summary
- We are seeking high-output, street-smart Recruitment Specialists with deep factory recruitment experience and strong industry networks. This role is fully hands-on and field-based, focused on high-volume recruitment of factory hands, artisans, and semi-skilled workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume recruitment of factory hands, artisans, and operational staff.
- Conduct bulk screening, interviews, shortlisting, and deployment coordination.
- Support recruitment for skilled roles when required.
- Conduct field recruitment drives in targeted communities.
- Engage community leaders to source candidates.
- Represent the company during recruitment activations, walk-ins, and community engagements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and daily hiring trackers.
- Support onboarding documentation and ensure candidates meet joining requirements.
- Update recruitment data in real time and support processes.
- Uphold recruitment standards, ethics, and compliance at all times.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within: Manufacturing, Outsourcing / manpower supply, and Industrial recruitment
- Strong understanding of factory manpower dynamics in Ghana.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills in English; local language fluency is a strong advantage.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
