Quality Team Leader - Ghana

About The Role
BURN is looking for a quality team leader whose role will be crucial in ensuring that our products meet or exceed established quality standards.
This position involves leading a team of quality assurance professionals and overseeing various aspects of the quality management process.
Duties And Responsibilities

• Measure and analyse quality in the assembly line, including:
• incoming quality control on raw materials, products, and kits
• finished goods quality control
• in-process quality control
• Ensure all standard operating procedures are always adhered to on the assembly floor.
• Hire and train a team of casuals on their daily tasks and workstation allocation.
• Generate and share daily and monthly assembly and quality reports including corrective actions.
• Oversee any rework required on the electric cookers and cookware.
• Ensure proper segregation of defective products and proper disposition of the same
• Visiting local supplier facilities and observing the manufacturing environment to review and assess their procedures
• Facilitate communication with local suppliers when supplies don't meet quality standards
• Ensure all safety protocols are observed on the assembly floor.
  

Skills and Experience

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• 2 Years experience in the related field
• Strong analytical skills
• Leadership Skills
• Adaptable and Flexible
• Attentive and detailed
• Good Communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
