Job Summary - Quality Manager

The Quality Manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the factory’s quality management system. The role ensures that quality requirements, standards and process documents are applied consistently across departments to support reliable production and meet customer and business expectations.

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare, maintain, and improve quality policies, procedures, standards, and records.

-Establish and oversee the factory’s quality management system.

-Ensure process documents and quality standards are understood and followed across relevant departments.

-Conduct routine inspections and audits to assess the operation of quality systems and processes throughout the factory.

-Identify quality gaps and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.

-Follow up on corrective actions to confirm they are completed and effective.

-Work with production and other teams to strengthen quality awareness, prevent recurring issues, and improve processes.

-Promote consistent application of quality requirements across factory operations.

Qualifications, Skills and Professional Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

-At least five years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, quality management, or factory operations.

-Good knowledge of manufacturing production processes, factory operations, and quality management systems.

-Demonstrated factory management experience is an advantage.

-ISO internal auditor or quality engineer certification is preferred.

-Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

-Highly responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to work well under pressure.
