Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Professor in Health and Allied Science (Public Health Nursing and General Nursing ) located in Bongo, Ghana. The Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting research, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development. Additional duties include supervising student projects, publishing scholarly work, and collaborating with faculty on academic initiatives to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning. The position also involves providing guidance to students for their academic and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Health and Allied Sciences, with proven experience in teaching and research.
• Proficiency in conducting scientific research and publishing scholarly articles in reputable journals.
• Demonstrated skills in curriculum development and academic program planning.
• Excellent mentoring and communication skills to guide and support student development and learning.
• Experience with technological tools and methods in research and education to facilitate innovative teaching.
• A PhD or an equivalent terminal degree in Health and Allied Sciences or a related field.
• Prior teaching experience at a higher education institution is highly desirable.
