Job Title: Product Manager - TURBO
Reporting To: Director, Business Operations
Department/Unit : Business Operations/Treasury and Investment
Job Location: Head Office
Job Summary: Responsible for managing the operations and marketing products for Turbo.
Key Job Responsibilities
Product Role
- Assist the Marketing Director to plan, and develop the marketing plan for the Turbo brand
- Execute marketing plan/ strategies with cross-functional teams
- Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies
- Assist integration of campaigns with brand consistency
- Manage access to brand assets
- Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution, and by conducting consumer research
- setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality
- Liaise with Team leaders, operatives and third parties to gather information and resolve issues
Key Performance Indicators
- Number of signups for TURBO
- Execution of TURBO marketing activities
- Customer service reports
- Customer call back reports
- FIL risk reports
- Customer complaint resolution reports
Relationships
External: Advertising Agencies, Digital Marketing Firms and Production Companies
Internal: All departments
Job Requirements
- Be able to work to meet deadlines regularly
- Good supervisory and human relation skills
- Be a team player
Qualification Required & Experience
- Minimum of 1st degree in Business Administration or Marketing
Knowledge: Customer Relations, Marketing, Communications, Product Management,
Work Experience
- Customer Service
- Marketing
- Work in a similar role for a minimum of 3 years
Technical Competence: Good understanding and use of Excel spread sheet, PowerPoint
Personal Competence
Should be
- Creative
- Self-driven
- Resourceful
- Passionate
- An excellent communicator
- Able to build trust
- Professional with a good service orientation
- Should plan to avoid failure
Decision Making : Limited to set standards approved by management. As permitted by the Director, Business Operations
Working Conditions: Normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work and some travel.
