We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue Management Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy across our portfolio of short term rentals.

Job Description/Requirements

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy levels based on market demand, seasonality, and competitor analysis.

  • Utilize data analytics and revenue management software to forecast demand, identify pricing trends, and make data-driven pricing decisions.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including revenue per available room (RevPAR), average daily rate (ADR), and occupancy rate, to evaluate pricing effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance and operations, to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives and promotional campaigns.

  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape.

  • Collaborate with Marketing on pricing packages, promotions, and discount strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize pricing strategies based on performance feedback, market changes, and business goals.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue management to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field. 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue management or pricing strategy within the hospitality or vacation rental industry.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and revenue management software (e.g., Duetto, PriceLabs, AirDNA).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex pricing concepts to stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL and Google Suite (Sheets, Drive, etc)

  • Strong work ethic

  • Autonomous

  • Have a laptop

  • Have internet access at home (this job is remote)
