Job Description/Requirements
- Fully own pricing topic - be responsible for pricing based KPIs (such as billings, revenue, ARPS).
- Be responsible for new client pricing: creating and implementing pricing strategy, pricing experiments and changes as well as pricing localisation decisions.
- Work closely in cross-functional teams with marketing team, product owners and country managers to define various product commercial strategies.
- Analyze customers data (using existing dashboards as well as SQL), competitive landscape and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Formulate business insights, provide actionable recommendations and support other teams in solution implementation and helping with ad-hoc business cases.
- A curious mindset, always seeking new insights and market trends to enhance pricing strategies.
- Capable of making informed, timely and risky decisions in fast-paced and ambiguous situations.
- Ability to generate and implement new and innovative ideas to improve pricing effectiveness.
- Utilizing cutting-edge structured and analytical thinking to derive meaningful insights from data.
- Result-oriented mindset, communication and collaboration skills.
- At least 2 years of work experience in pricing manager, pricing analyst, business analyst or similar position.
