Job Summary
Provide overall direction for a high-performing dynamic team to evolve innovative IT portfolio management and governance processes and develop new solutions for a client agency. Provide oversight, guidance, and execution of project management office (PMO) functions, including risk management, schedule management, staff tracking, and deliverable coordination. Provide consultative support to the client by identifying optimization opportunities, including the development of artifacts, templates, guidance, training, and analytic tools to mature client processes and portfolio analysis and provide greater transparency into their IT investment portfolio. Meet regularly with project teams to comprehend the scope of IT projects being initiated and facilitate periodic project reviews. Collaborate with data governance to align and integrate processes and routines, and cross-functional teams. Support enterprise IT portfolio annual investment and operational analysis data calls.

Additional Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with IT Portfolio Management and Strategy, including Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) and process improvement
- Experience facilitating stage gates or project reviews
- Experience with data management and strategy
- Knowledge of change management frameworks
- Knowledge of software development processes, including the Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC)
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills ​
