Job Description/Requirements
What you’ll be doing:
- Reviewing country benefits packages to ensure alignment with Revolut's philosophy and compliance
- Creating communications to improve employee engagement and understanding of our benefits
- Managing the renewal and/or implementation of new employee benefits globally
- Liaising with benefit providers to ensure schemes are up to date and to triage issues
- Driving higher quality of services from benefit providers
- Supporting HR-transformation related activities to automate and streamline employee benefits administration processes
- Drafting and submitting monthly reports (new joiners, payroll, etc.) with a focus on automating and removing manual processes
- Receiving and approving invoices, being the main point of contact for our Accounts Payable team
- Responding to employee queries escalated to the benefits team
What you'll need:
- 3-7 years of experience in an Employee Benefits Specialist role
- Proven experience providing quality support and deliverables
- Great attention to detail
- MS Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, formulas, reporting) and an analytical mindset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- The ability to work unsupervised and to tight deadlines
Nice to have:
- Start-up, tech industry, or financial services experience
- A bachelor's degree in people practice, administration, human resource, or similar
- Experience collaborating with an international team
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices
