Job Description/Requirements
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing world-class global mobility policies and procedures
- Being the Global Mobility point of contact within Revolut
- Driving mobility processes’ automation projects and embedding them within HR systems
- Being a trusted strategic advisor for your stakeholders, providing expert advice, guidance, and coaching to managers in terms of immigration
- Proactively identifying people issues and trends within the business and working together with key stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions
What you'll need:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in global mobility, immigration, or a similar field
- Experience in a hyper-growth company
- Relevant qualification/s
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
- Flexibility and adaptability
- A data and process-driven approach towards HR
- Results-driven and numbers-oriented working style
- Fluency in English
- The ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Keen attention to detail with proactive problem solving skills
