Role Description

Responsibilities:

Conducting general repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment work across different property types

Decorating interiors, including painting and finishing work

Installing fixtures, fittings, and furniture as required

General carpentry skills, hanging doors, etc

Requirements and skills:

Proven experience in handyman tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, or general repairs

Strong decorating skills including painting, tiling, and finishing

Reliable transportation to travel between different job sites

Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to building and decorating work

Nice-to-have Skills:

Certification or recognised training in relevant trades or decorating techniques

Experience working with a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively
