Outer District Distribution Sales Specialist
Job descriptions & requirements
JOB DUTY:
Dealer management, including but not limited to operational control of clients, team management, building operational awareness, and comprehensive management of people, vehicles, finances, and inventory.
Establishment and daily management of the CRM sales representative team, including customer CRM system usage and data analysis.
Conduct market visits within the assigned territory, visit retail stores, analyze the competitive landscape between our products and competitors’ products, and develop corresponding strategies and action plans.
Assist in handling and resolving other unexpected situations and emergencies.
QUALIFIACTION:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 1 year of in-depth experience in Ghana’s FMCG distribution channels and customer management.
- Experience managing a 3–5 member team in a well-known FMCG company.
- Graduate of one of Ghana’s top three universities, with proficiency in computer skills and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Willing to accept short-term business travel to markets outside the assigned area and able to work at the customer’s location when required.
