Operations Manager – Earthmoving Machinery

A business specialising in Earthmoving Machinery are looking for an Operations Manager to hold responsibility for of the running of the workshop, leading a team of engineers and ensuring a high standard of work is achieved.

Role: Operations Manager

Area: Ghana

The requirements of the Operations Manager will be:

• Holding responsibility for facility Health & Safety
• Training and Development of engineers
• Monitoring profit & loss
• Ensuring a high standard of work is achieved at all times
• Supporting the business in achieving strategic growth, increased market share and continuous improvement to all areas of the business

The ideal candidate for Operations Manager will have:

• Experience leading engineers and supporting their development with strong leadership skills
• Experience in a similar managerial role with an earthmoving dealer or manufacturer
• Hands on prior experience as an earthmoving machinery engineer
• Excellent communication skills
• Project management skills
