Office Administrator (Takoradi)

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable female Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The task of the office administrator will include booking keeping. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little or no supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures the smooth running of our company’s office and contributes to sustainable growth.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to reach efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Serve as the point of contact between the Nitras and clients
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Devise and maintain an office filing system
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the company
  • Support Budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Arrange travels, appointments and meetings
  • Submit a report and prepare presentations/proposals
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep records of invoices, contracts, certificates raised and payments received
  • Assist other staff members with administrative task
  • Performing general administrative duties and errands



Qualification & Qualities

  • HND / Degree
  • A minimum of 2 - 3 years working experience in a similar role
  • A female preferably
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to write proposals and make presentations
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Good interpersonal skills


Salary: GHS 1800 – GHS 2300
