Job Description/Requirements
• Identify the target audience for a particular media campaign and decide best ways to communicate to that audience
• Optimize spend and performance based on the insights/results
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Use Google Sheets to report/analyze results
• Assist and help the Digital Marketing Team with daily tasks and gain real-world experience in the Health and Beauty industry
• Make decisions and have a strong sense of ownership
• Other tasks
• Higher Education
• Good English language skills
• Experience in Native Ads platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, Content.ad, Zemanta, ETC.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of different marketing channels (SEM, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Pinterest, Display Advertisement, RTB, Youtube Ads, Bing, Social Media, etc.)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and creative skills
• Keen to details
• Willingness to learn and develop daily
