Key Responsibilities
- Register new customers for mobile banking services
- Educate customers on banking products and services
- Assist customers with account opening and basic transactions
- Promote savings, loans, and other financial products
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily activity reports
- Meet assigned sales and registration targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the community
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service and sales skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Trustworthy, disciplined, and reliable
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or banking is an added advantage
- SHS graduates and fresh degree holders are encouraged to apply
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: SHS Certificate
- Maximum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Must reside in any of the listed locations
- Ability to read and write effectively
- Basic knowledge of mobile or digital banking is an advantage
Location: Kasoa, Budumburam, Awutu Breku, Akoti, Buduatta, Dominase
Salary: GHS1,500 - GHS1,800
