Job Description/Requirements
• Create Custom Audiences
• Search and test new audiences & creatives
• Optimize and analyze advertising performance
• Assist in developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies from conception to launch
• And similar media buying tasks
• Higher education
• 1+ years of experience in creating campaigns and ads for Meta/Facebook Ads
• A strong understanding of the various audience types and social media best practices to optimize conversions
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
• You are fluent in English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving & creative skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and develop daily
• Be passionate about social media and stay up to date with the new trends
