Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical and healthcare equipment to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare facilities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, procurement officers, and key decision-makers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medical and healthcare sector.
- Conduct product presentations, detailing sessions, and training for healthcare professionals.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, medical or healthcare industry is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the Ghanaian healthcare and medical equipment market.
- Highly self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
