Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled BM Marketing Supervisor to lead marketing initiatives, ensuring brand growth and product visibility in the competitive building materials sector. The role requires expertise in market analysis, product promotion, and sales support to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and develop marketing strategies to enhance brand presence.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design effective promotional campaigns.
• Build relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Ensure accurate and effective marketing communications across all platforms.
• Lead showroom management, overseeing product displays and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales and marketing performance, preparing reports for management.
• Plan and execute events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with production and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Supervise and mentor marketing staff, ensuring professional growth.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing within the building materials industry.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
