Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Officer located in Kasoa. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing social media marketing campaigns, and driving sales efforts. The role involves building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying market opportunities, and increasing the visibility and reach of Pen City Estate's services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing strategies.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Sales techniques.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to develop client relationships and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in the real estate or construction sector is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
