Marketing Representative

• Assess customers’ needs and present suitable promoted products
• Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
• Conduct presentations and training sessions to stakeholders (MCAs, PAs, midwives, doctors) on our product
• Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
• Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision making process
• Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
• Lobbying for orders in government/private hospitals.
• Coordinate with sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.

Requirements and skills

• B.sc – Chemistry /Biology / Pharma Technician – from reputed institute
• Knowledge of MS Office- PowerPoint presentation
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Strong organizational and time management skills. Good human and interpersonal relationship
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical products and working experience in sales/ Marketing 
• Able to drive the vehicle & should have valid driving license.
• Experience Level Minimum 1 year of working experience in pharmaceutical company, but fresher can also apply.

Salary Range: GHC2000 + incentive (negotiable)
