Relationship Manager Of Corporate Banking
Key Responsibilities

• Pro-actively establishes, develops and maintains a portfolio of corporate clients within business unit's target market, ensuring that new relationships or ongoing requirements of existing clients attain maximum revenue within acceptable risk profile. Contribute meaninfully to strategy development. Remains up to date on designated specialist industry information.
• Markets to existing and potential clients the full complement of products and services offered by the bank, including, relationship to other business units in order that the bank may benefit on a group basis
  

Requirements

• A relevant first degree in business administration, banking and finance, accounting or any other social sciences
• MBA in finance / ecomomics / banking (option) with a minimum of five(5) years experience in a financial sales and/or banking sales role where acquiring and managing relationships has been critical to success
• Experience in lending propositions preparations/processing
• compentence in analysis of financial information and forecasting.
• Excellent presentation skills
• High marketing/selling proficiency
• Good knowledge of corporate banking products
• Good credit risk analysis and deal innovative solutions for customer needs
• Ability to interact at a senior level within clients organisation.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good communications skills
• Ability to negotiate
• Ability to work in a team
• High sense of intergrity
