Lead UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• UI Design: Creating user interfaces for digital platforms while adhering to design principles and guidelines.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Developing wireframes and prototypes for design concepts and interactions.
• Visual Design: Enhancing the user experience with visually engaging graphics and elements.
• Typography and Color Theory: Applying design principles to create harmonious interfaces.
• Responsive Design: Ensuring consistent user experiences across different devices.
• Collaboration: Working with various stakeholders to gather feedback and refine designs.
• User Research: Understanding user preferences and behaviors to influence design decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in software like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and front-end development technologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration skills, attention to detail, and passion for user experiences.
