What you become a part of:
As a Key Accounts Executive at Shalina Healthcare Ghana, you will work strategically to increase the awareness and create the demand of the company products and to ensure optimal and continuous product availability on the market and in different institutions such as hospitals and clinics (including tenders).
Key deliverables:
- Conducts customer segmentation in Hospitals and clinics in line with the Company’s guidelines to approach the optimal tools and frequency.
- Maintains hospitals and clinics databases up to date to ensure full understanding of customer needs to be able to fulfil them in time.
- Keeps up to date with the latest products information to medical practitioners, KOLs, Pharmacist at various hospitals and clinics.
- Presents and discusses company products with healthcare professionals and KOL’s during face-to-face meetings and/or group presentations.
- Understands each institution business (Hospitals and Clinics) market insights to ensure achievement of short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Collaborates with the Marketing team to optimize results in a timely manner and be open to feedback and suggestions to increase market penetration.
- Complying with all Corporate Policies and Procedures, while conducting all job-related activities with integrity and adherence to high standards of business conduct
Essential qualifications, experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/any related field.
- 3 Years work experience in pharmaceutical industry.
